1. Service provider

• Services — software engineering, consulting, and other professional services provided by Japonics as further defined in individual agreements.
• Strategy Session — a complimentary 30-minute discovery call scheduled through the Website's booking system.

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately. These Terms apply in addition to any applicable mandatory provisions of Polish and EU law, including the Act on Electronic Services (Ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną, Dz.U. 2002 Nr 144 poz. 1204 as amended).

Strategy Sessions are offered free of charge as an initial step toward potential engagement. They do not constitute a binding agreement, consulting engagement, or provision of professional advice. Japonics reserves the right to reschedule or cancel booked sessions with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Website and its content are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Japonics excludes all liability for:

• indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Website;
